To bring out the full flavor and aroma of our teas, follow these steeping instructions:
Hot Tea:
1. Use fresh, filtered water.
2. Heat water, measure the tea leaves:
Use one tablespoon of loose-leaf tea or one tea bag for every 8 oz of water.
Steep the tea:
- Black tea: 3-5 minutes
- Green tea: 2-3 minutes
- Herbal tea: 5-7 minutes
Strain and enjoy!
Iced Tea
1. Follow the hot tea instructions above.
2. Chill the tea in the refrigerator.
3. Serve over ice and enjoy!
Cold Brew Tea
1. Use cold water and a large glass or plastic container.
2. Measure the tea leaves:
- Use one teaspoon of loose-leaf tea or one tea bag for every 8 oz of water.
3. Steep the tea:
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight (8-12 hours).
4. Strain and enjoy!
